Thanks for stopping by. For over 25 years, the ILLOWA Building Officials Association has been keeping people safe by providing continuing support and education for our members. This not-for-profit organization is made up of individuals who are concerned about the safety of the people who live and work in the structures being built around our area.

We are an association of over 50 members primarily representing local government Building and Code Officials and those involved in building design, construction, testing and research. A growing organization with representation from the Quad City area, our members hold diverse backgrounds and occupations such as Building Inspectors, Architects, Engineers, Plan Examiners, Zoning, Property Maintenance Inspectors, and Fire Prevention Officers, just to name a few.
